BAGSGeek makes 100% cotton bags and ships them factory-direct across the USA. We weave, cut, sew and screen print in the same facility, which means one margin instead of three, a faster proof cycle because nothing is couriered between companies, and the ability to quote a genuinely custom size rather than only what sits in a catalogue.
What we make
The core of the range is the cotton drawstring bag, in 20+ standard sizes from 2x3 to 24x34 inches, in four constructions:
- Single drawstring bags — one cord, quick to open and close, for lightweight contents.
- Double drawstring bags — two opposing cords that cinch from both sides for a tighter, more secure close.
- Canvas drawstring bags — a denser, heavier weave for load, abrasion and structure.
- Coloured cotton bags — colour-fast dyed cotton for brand matching and colour-coding.
Alongside those we make muslin bags for tea, herbs and straining, cotton and canvas tote bags, and the full custom printed range — including cinch bags worn as drawstring backpacks and promotional bags for events.

145 GSM is the standard for a reason: it is opaque, durable enough for repeated use, takes a screen print cleanly, and stays light enough that freight does not erode the volume discount. We will tell you when a heavier fabric is worth it — and when it is over-specification that costs you twice, once in cotton and again in shipping.
How we quote
Blank bags carry a listed price and ship from stock. Printed orders are quoted, because a 4x6 inch pouch with a one-colour logo and an 18x20 inch canvas bag with a four-colour print are genuinely different jobs. Send the bag style, size, quantity and artwork and you will normally have factory-direct pricing and a delivery date within one working day, followed by a free digital proof before anything goes on press.
If you have a fixed budget, send the number rather than the specification. We will tell you what it buys — and the honest answer is usually to spend it on size and fabric rather than on extra print colours.
