Stacked fabric is cut into bag panels with straight knife and laser cutters.
Printing
Logos are screen printed in-house, one ink colour at a time.
Stitching
Seams and drawstring channels are sewn on industrial machines.
Quality check
Finished bags are checked by hand before packing.
Packing
Bags are counted, bundled, bagged and boxed ready to ship.
