Why factory-direct changes the maths

Most promotional suppliers buy blank bags from a mill, ship them to a third-party screen printer, and add a margin at each handover. A printed order therefore carries two or three margins and two shipping legs before it reaches you. What print methods do you offer?

How long does a custom order take?

Production is 5-7 business days after you approve the digital proof, plus transit. The proof itself normally comes back within one working day of us receiving usable artwork. The slowest step is usually artwork approval on your side, so allow two to three weeks in total if you are working to an event date.

What artwork file format do you need?

Vector files — AI, EPS or PDF — are best, because they scale to any bag size without softening. A high-resolution PNG or JPG can work for simple wordmarks. Send whatever you have and we will tell you honestly on the proof whether it will hold up at print size.
