What slows orders down
- Low-resolution artwork. A logo pulled from a website usually needs redrawing. Send a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) and this step takes minutes instead of days.

- Waiting on sign-off. If a manager or client has to approve, tell them the day the proof is due.
- Multiple ink colours or both sides. Each extra colour adds a screen and a press pass.

- Peak season. From mid-November to mid-December, and before large spring events, everyone orders at once.
How to plan backwards from your date
